Wheelhouse Entertainment is a leading film and entertainment company. It was founded by filmmaker Randall Wallace in 1999 around a central vision, much like the one followed by Walt Disney years ago and Pixar more recently: to create entertainment based on the classic values of love, honor, courage, and compassion. It is a privately held, fully integrated business dedicated to the production of captivating movies, television series, videogames, music albums and books, as well as the ancillary products related to them.

The acclaimed film We Were Soldiers was Wheelhouse Entertainment's inaugural motion picture production. Pearl Harbor, a New York Times bestselling novel, was the first book published under the company's Wheelhouse Books imprint. Two more books followed: the epic adventure novel Love and Honor and We Were Soldiers: The Screenplay. Wheelhouse Entertainment's record label has produced two CDs -- the soundtrack from We Were Soldiers (including the popular military hymn Mansions of the Lord which was performed at President Ronald Reagan's state funeral) and a compendium of songs inspired by the film, composed and performed by the likes of Johnny Cash, Dave Matthews, India.Arie, Train, and Five for Fighting. Wheelhouse Entertainment also created a critically praised documentary about the making of We Were Soldiers that aired on television worldwide and is included on the film's DVD. The company recently completed work on its first videogame, Titan Quest, in association with Iron Lore Entertainment and THQ, inc.

Honoring its commitment to community, Wheelhouse Entertainment founded and oversees Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity from their Sherman Oaks offices. A partnership between the entertainment industry and Habitat for Humanity, the program coordinates multi-home "blitz" builds in the United States that garner financial donations and bring together actors, writers, producers, directors, musicians and studio executives to build homes for families in need. Since 2000, Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity has raised over $3 million and sponsored 150 homes in six countries.
